can't connect - 503 program fault

Yesterday evening when I tried to view my newsgroups over the NNTP bridge in Microsoft Live I got the following error. 

503 program fault - command not performed System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[[System.ServiceModel.ExceptionDetail, System.ServiceModel, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089]]: This item has been deleted

 Configuration:

   Account: 127.0.0.1

   Server: 127.0.0.1

   Protocol: NNTP

   Port: 119

   Secure(SSL): 0

   Windows Live Mail Error ID: 503

   Code: 800cccac

I have restarted Live Mail, stopped and restarted the bridge, unchecked and redone the autologon, and rebooted my computer.   The problem persists.   It will check for updates properly but will not download them for viewing.  I would prefer to not have to rebuild from scratch as I have a number of messages tagged.    Any assistance is appreciated.   Thanks

Thank you so much!  That worked right away after I rebooted my computer.
