This hotfix will work around the web-service bug which will prevent some groups from getting new articles. You can either install this hotfix by replacing two files or install the V45 release.

Description:
Completly new methodic of retrieving articles from the web service! This has the following advantages:
- All edits / moves / changes (like Mark-As-Answer, ...) will be recognized; a newsgroup message will be generated for each edit/move/change!

Side-Effects:
- WARNING: Neither the articleId nor the Article-Number is compatible with the MS / CommunityBridge; so please use a different port for this bridge!!!!!!
- It requires .NET4 and SqlCe (will be installed with the installer)

This is a pre-beta version...
